Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
Kailasapuri is a spiritual and meditation center offering programs, visitor registrations, and voluntary donation services. This policy outlines the terms related to cancellations, refunds, and returns.
Kailasapuri primarily offers services (programs, events, and registrations) and does not sell physical goods.
Therefore, returns are generally not applicable.
Refunds and cancellations are handled based on the nature of the service.
All donations made to Kailasapuri are voluntary and non-refundable.
Once a donation is successfully processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Donors are requested to verify all details before making a contribution.
Cancellation requests must be made in advance via email or phone.
Refund eligibility (if applicable) depends on the timing:

If a program or event is cancelled by Kailasapuri:
Participants may receive:
Full refund, OR
Option to reschedule to another program
Visitor registrations are generally free or nominal.
Once approved, they cannot be transferred or refunded.
Entry may be denied if incorrect or false information is provided.
Refunds may be considered in exceptional cases such as:
Medical emergencies (with valid proof)
Technical errors or duplicate payments
All such requests are subject to review and approval.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
Any transaction charges (if applicable) may be deducted
